Imhotep eyes have no glow?

Hey, on the demonic eye bracers, they had a little glow to it, that fluttered in the air as you walked (like voodoo pin), why don't eyes have that? They should have it instead of one color, too or three to show yours is a higher level. I like the glow, without it IMO eyes look low leveled and boring.

Good idea although that effect has always puzzled me. Even the old deomic eyball bracers didn't all have it. In fact greens seem to lack the glow while more common bracers have it.
