Dear STS team,

I have often contact you now for several weeks and still waiting for an answers. Concerning this problem, I have met many people who have the same problem I do.
No answers, no support, no replies.
Friends are waiting already much longer than I did, so I wanted to let you know thats not only me.
I tried to contact you in many ways: Contact Us, Support, Wrote Justg in game and in forums.

I m aware of it that it is annoying but I want answers (e.g. if its a bug, why this happened, maybe to change it)
F.e. TrialPay confirmed that I did that free offer and they said: I will recieve it soon.
I did that offer while double plat offer and till now - no plat, no answer.

My nekro leveled from 1 to level 2 in PvP on my level 5 charakter. I havent even killed the opponent only through attacking.
Bug? If its not a bug I want to see where it is mentionef that smth like that can happen.
Never happened level 41, 46, 48, 56,

P.s.: If any other player have the same problem, please comment below what you tried to send sts. Maybe its a easier way to get things done.

Every time i contact support, they ALWAYS reply to me the next morning.

I also know that how you construct the message: language fluency, constructivity of mood, respectful wording, short and sweet but detailed, and nothing that can be construed as spam plays a big part in their response time. They are humans afterall, if someone sent multiple angry, belittling messages demanding me to do their bidding, i would ignore them too.


Yep, same.

No response from support. If they would only reply I could get this scammer banned(hopefully?) With some pretty incriminating evidence.

They dont typically reply to scam reports. By their policy, they are not allowed to relay their actions taken towards the scammer.

I think support is backlogged atm. Hopefully they'll get things in order soon because it's becoming a real issue. :/

I always behave and use appropriate language when it is smth serious.
Of course when I want something, I will not write like a silly annoying kid.
I sent short polite introductions what happened and well, nothing happened and no answer.
But I dont believe that they dont care about it, I actually think they blocked as niixed said.
