Can this be implemented? Might be too much for huge guilds but perfect for those small/medium sized guilds.

I support this mister Physio, but on a client side basis. Let people activate it in Options individually.

Yeah - it will be a guild option definitely - should be a "Disable Member Log-in Msg" under "Disable Guild chat" or something.
