Limit the amount of members Officers can kick from a guild.

The GM can still kick however many people he/she wants.

However this should stop the problem of Officers backstabbing their guilds and ruining them for everyone.

That would be pretty cool but I recommend to choose officers very carefully. This way there won't be that much these problems :)
