Pls Make Arc Loot In Normal Cry lock

I want to buy pkat but I see the cry locked doesn't have any arc loot,but it only got in mass cry tht worth 99k and need 15plat to open so pls but arc egg,arc weap or arc craft item in normal cry at least.
