I don't think sts does that anymore, they used to.. A very long time ago.. But now I think the best you'll get is a reset, but hey, got to support.spacetimestudios.com, log in and make a ticket and see if they will do it for you, u never know, hope this helps.

They used to, as in if you accidentally leveled. Of course, as per usual, people abused it, so of course, sts doesnt like to be scammed, so they have probably stopped.

you can still do it, by messaging support, but you can only do it once per character, after that you can't request anymore.
but i heard support has been inactive these days
You used to be able to go down multiple levels in pocket legends, then it was changed to only one level which I believe you can still do.
