What does it mean for you to turn off the chat? I mean, obviously you turn it off, but does it mean you can't see what people say? I tried turning off chat and tested it by saying "hi" but it still went through the system. So what does this do exactly? Same with guildchat. Can you not say anything in the guildchat either, and not see what people say or what?
