Which monster drops the orcish wildfire bow of doom???.... Is it the orcish avian or is it some other monster/boss?

Any of the bosses in Overgrown overpower (FH lvl 5) or Skeleton cult crypts drop crafting materials, recipes and doom weapons (orchis bow, fiery staff, meat masher)

To add to that:
Every Forest Haven Dungeon Campaign: Levels 1-5, Skeleton Cult Crypts, AND Forest Haven Gauntlet drop the Orcish Bow of Doom, the other two doom weapons, crafting materials, and recipes.
