So I have done a Platinum offer which is the BetUp UK with TrialPay on the 13th of June (Monday) but until now it hasn't arrived. I have a screenshot of the deposit confirmation, screenshot of confirmation that I have completed the offer and a screenshot of "apparently it's technical error. It has dates on it so please Spacetime Studios sort this out as I've missed alot of opportunities to open some crates. Thank you. Screenshots are below...

So there's no action to this STS? This issue will be in it's 2nd week by tomorrow. I emailed to your support team yet I still do not have any replies. I'm posting this here as I do not see anyone taking actions to this issue.
