Stat Points

Is there any purpose for stat points, since gear restrictions seem to be class based, not stat based?

Things may change from here to Apple release, specially with pinks coming, but I'm 100% sure there isn't going to be Dual-Spec possibility on SL.

Of course, dual specs would make you less likely to buy additional character slots. Don't get me wrong, I love the game, but it is a business. I guess stat restrictions on newer gear would give us a reason to spread some stat points around.

Stats are the main deciding factor for how the rest of your attributes turn out, in both SL and PL. Since the weapons are class based in SL, not stat, theres no duel specking, so stats are only for attributes in SL.

There's always a purspose for everything the devs do... so I hope.. all can do is wait patiently and pray the fruity company gets a move on :)
