Devs already said they cant make male and female cause they need to re-edit every item that exist in game so it can looks like for man or woman and its too much work.

Not having a male and female version of each class was one of many ways this game feels like a big step backwards after playing a couple of years in a different STS game, Star Legends.

They could definitely do it, because they did it in that game.

Another MAJOR step backwards is the fixed camera in AL. In SL, you could rotate the camera freely so you could always see enemies. In AL, sometimes you can't see the enemies you are heading towards because the camera angle won't allow it!

I guess the simple answer is two words.... Resource Management

Having male and female characters will double the amount of resources required : double the animation, double the model , double the work

Also, technically the camera can be unlocked..... But again... Locking it means they can cut some slack on certain places, where's it's not visible by the camera. Which then save them resources.

Imagine if they do implement camera rotation and different genders.... Then that means that will take up double the resource, which means more load on the server, and potentially double the lag.

We all want more lag right?

Well.... You know what you're getting into before you start the game.....

And secondly, lots of people find mages cute, and we like our little blue thing, so IF the devs does change it, lots more people will quit.

Not to mention the amount of rework needed to change it.... I'd much prefer they spend that effort on bug fix, new items and events.

OR.... you can get the China version of AL, which has mage as a little girl instead....

Omg! 17 people leaving a game because of the way a character looks will be so bad for the game.
You can't leave! If you do, they will be 17 people less from the massive millions of players in the playerbase

I like mages how they are and all classes should remain the same, i highly respect your opinion i just feel that it is perfect how it is and this is probably the most balanced I've ever seen Al

This game has existed for close to 4 years, was voted the best mobile MMO for the first two, and though people have had issues with the look of all of the classes, it has not broken the game has it?

It's your choice to stay and play or to pack up and leave, whatever your reason may be. Countless others have found joy here and come to love our cute little smurf mages (yes I have a mage and I love how it looks). If you aren't happy with how the mage look is designed, so be it.

Your logic is drastically incorrect, but I totally agree with my blue friends. Having the mage not be a human makes him even more valuable. He's the only character that defies the physics behind physical appearance.
