i just bought some platinum from Aug 19, it has been 3days and i haven't received my platinum in Star Legends ? how long does it take for space time to make approved from my bank account?

It depends how you paid, if you paid with PayPal and paid with an eCheck it will take how ever long it takes your bank to clear. If you paid by debit/credit card and the money has been deducted from your account contact Spacetime about it. Hope this helps!

Since you paid with debit card I would check with your bank to see if you were charged, if you were contact Spacetime proving you paid to be credited, if not try again to purchase.

I keep having issues with this as well.. I've spent in total about $60 between PL and SL. I buy my platnium and I never receive it right way. This is the fourth time I've had to contact them in order to get my platnium. Kinda gets old.. espeacially after the emails back and forth with them and all that waisted time when i could just be playing SL and buying more platnium.. Love the game.. and don't mind spending money.. Just hope they can figure out the issue with plat purchases.

LOVING THE THE GAME... but please please please fix this platnium issue...

I have experienced the exact same issue. I did not recieve platinum for 2-3 days after purchase. My issue was that I ordered it through the game itself. If I clicked on "Buy Platinum" and then filled out the information and placed an order with google checkout, it showed up correctly...but I never received my platinum.

HOWEVER, I then went to the star legends/ pocket legends webstore and ordered the same amount of plat through google checkout there...and I instantly recieved my Platinum.

Moral of the story... Use the webstore. It works. Ordering through the game does not work (for me).

I'm probably gonna start doing that... I hate emailing them about it.. hopefully I do t run into this issue buying from the web store.
