But we all wanna kno are you guys already planning out for more big expansions right now!!! Or just brainstorming??!!

Absitively.
the issue was how PL and Sl share plat. STS has now cleared that up, but may be trying to do something similar.
in summary, this is their next attempt thru the long apple process.
