Green/Yellow ping lag

I'm experiencing so much lag my ping is sometimes green and yellow but now because of this Ursoth Assault event I'm always lag. If I enter Kraag tombs 4 or 1 it just sends me back to the entrance and now I can't farm :-( please fix this STS
