This is not right. I just lost an Energy point, had it happened 30 seconds later a friend would've lost the Bloodgrub doll.
Well not sure if I should feel thankful or disgusted by this what just happened earlier.
You guys definitely need to get more responsible of how this game is managed.

Sorry guys, i haxed the server and stuff so i could giving myselfs alot of golds so i could be richh. But i made a booboo and accidentically turns the server off instead of giving me golds. Sorryies :((

The game code said Ardbeg is going to loot a set item, so they decided to do a shutdown before Server shutdown x)

An acknowledgement of what it was, even if they don't know what it was would be good. After all it is the weekend and they are probably at home. Usually they check the forums even on weekends, but I guess this weekend isn't one of the usual weekends.
I say stash the torches and pitchforks till monday morning. Better to burn the building down with then inside it.
Monday is a holiday, so it'll probably be tuesday.

Complaints are justified when the company behaves unprofessionally. Such attitude is not acceptable and I definitely didn't expect this from STS.
A company remains in power till its able to satisfy their customers. Granted, STS has taken a LOT of efforts for this event and all the weekly updates and new arcanes, etc etc, but treating your customers this way isn't acceptable.
The impromptu shutdown caused Arlor-wide losses to people.
Will STS own up and compensate?
Or will they still ignore this as they've been doing so ever since they came back?

I don't want a free doll or a visage. Give me my energy back. It sounds petty, but yup, I want that. And I think people should get only what they lost, nothing more.
The reason why I'm pressuring so much is because I do not want STS to think that they can do such antics and get away lightly. An example should be made out of this incident so they avoid repeating such kind of things.
Them not acknowledging it makes me think that they can do this anytime they want and get away with it. I don't want them to set a mentality that people will rant about it for a few days and forget coz that's the way of life.
