Which should be better mythic or arcane !!

-Low mythic aegi much better than high level arcane aegi !!

-Low lvl mythic flame(staff) much better than high lvl arcane staff!!

-Mythic hisha much better than arcane mishi !!

I see mythic items start beating arcane items !!
