:pI wasn't going to play for a while in silent protest but after playing another MMORPG(not named) with no customer support I think I will be super happy to try SL and have sts customer service if I do find a problem. I'm very impressed with SL. The graphics are amazing! I love how clean and polished and shiny everything looks. The maps set the mood just right - they remind me a lot of Star Trek. And all the sounds and particle effects make the battles feel really intense and fun. The zoomed in camera angle probably helps too; it's great how it works in SL when in PL it wouldn't have - I guess it must be that the enemies are closer and the rooms are smaller too. I also love the shiny look of the buttons and the terminals and quest icons. And the base is very well planned out and just looks awesome.

I'm level 11 already on Kaley and I've set WoW aside to play SL. It's great to be playing again with my friends - all people I've met in PL and with whom I've kept in touch afterwards. In WoW I'm level 80 on 2 toons and barely know anyone. STS games make it about a hundred times easier to form new friendships, and I'm finding that a few good friends in a game are worth more than 10Gb of highly expensive content. Blizzard had better watch out! :D
