You can still dual spec fine, it's just an issue of boosted stats to equip items and it's being looked at. Sorry, not to rain on your parade, but just keeping it real.

Thats how my 56 dex/int mage is fast. Stuck using my int booster. With rr set, custom set, and enchanted set just looking pretty in my inventory.cant b used. Boooo

Bears with full strength are pretty awful imo. Sure you can take more damage but you lose that much needed hit%... But i do agree; full int mages and full dex birds are B.E.A.S.T!
