I don't know how to actually define it.
But if you were to powerlevel someone or have someone powerlevel you, you guys would just fight enemies and remake before boss, as fast as possible to get to level cap or to whatever level you want

This is something id stay away from. Power leveling isnt good cause you wont learn ur class. As this game is a team effort kinda thing you need to know what skills to use and when.

Are you talking about auto advance or advanced leveling? It is suggested you do, as you take a lot away from the experience over all if you allow your character to have its points invested for you. As well it puts skill points in the wrong spots, for example the accepted build for any support class includes one revive and with auto leveling you will find that you have two, or three revive at least, which only serves to waste points which could go into better skills, just saying.

If you are talking about Auto Advance i highly recommend you turn it off since devs do not offer respecs.
There are a lot of guide on forums that are better than the Auto Advance auto thing

If you want to see what lies in store for you should you continue down the road of auto-leveling, check here. (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?36672-Guide-to-Auto-levelling) I've been auto-leveling one of each char type. As Flip put it, the Devs were aiming at making each of the auto-leveled chars a "generalist", so if you want the highest DPS Op you can have, say, you won't get it by auto-leveling.

As others have already pointed out, "power-leveling" is having higher level folks run with you to kill things more quickly giving you more XP faster. The danger lies (as Zero said) in that you don't learn how to play your char or how to be part of a team since you're mainly a tag-along-xp-leech in the process.

Power leveling is good if you understand the game already and just want to get to the end without going through all the stuff you've already experienced. if you're new to the game I don't recommend power leveling. You can't enjoy the game if you power level. But as an example I started an engineer a couple days ago and a guildie of mine at max level already helped me level in lower level zones while I was using Elixirs. I went from level 1-32 in less than 8 hours.
