in game zoom/movie sequence

is there an option to disable the zoom in on enemys that occurs the first time you enconter them or when you spawn into a base area??
very annoying and I almost die sometimes from the view going to the enemy?

I see a lot of options i can enable and disbale under the account options but im not sure which one if any will turn this off?
