There is no arrow going up or down, but you can still scroll up or down, but your finger might be too big and press the chat close, also this help players who don't play PL, because only PL has arrows for that chatbox, so beginners might not know that even exists. Even though it's a small thing, it can really have a big impact on gameplay?
