Can't equip many items, even with the right stats.

On many on the lower level items, you have to have the base stats to equip things- was this on purpose or still an err? I can't equip many of my toons dual spec items 20 and below.

They made it where all items were equippable only on base stats, not on the bonus you get from booster sets.

Hey Conradin,

As we announced here: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?34890-Dual-Spec-ing-The-Recap only items 45 and up were adjusted to have lower stat requirements. We wanted to evaluate the change to items before committing to changing all of Pocket Legends. So, yes your level 20 twink dual spec character will not really work right now. We will be looking things over next week and continuing to change all items or, if we feel this change didn't work out, taking a different tact to address the problem.
