Thats why i Had to leave my house in city island,ny Because it's in Hudson river. Evacuated to my parents in Rockland county more inland and higher ground. Good luck to all that got hit.

Most of the town of Bethel, VT—where a friend lives, and where we hold an annual event—was destroyed. Houses washed off their foundations, bridges destroyed, a pasture of cows washed away… you name it. What a mess.
