My twink account Mythiccc just disappeared, I don't know what happened between 2014-now but when I enter its email and pass it says that the email isn't registered. I don't think I would forget the pass because I've had all of them noted down. I tried e-mailing support with account name, email and pass but they aren't replying, I've waited for around a week now. Some of my guildies told me that inactive accounts can be removed; is that true? If so, then R.I.P. my twink.
