Mage combo

Hi. I'm having difficulty triggering the mage combo of ice storm then firestorm. Is it a timing thing? I can't figure it out. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Probably a timing thing. Sometimes it connects for me and sometimes it dosn't. Just keep practicing.

When you cast any of the ice/frost spells wait about .8 of a second before you cast firestorm. You will know to hit firestorm when the mob has frosted over from the ice spell.

just cast ice
lightning
and firestorm
the ice is. 2 sec freez, the lighning is one sec till they goes down and the fire is immediatly so actualy they hin in the same time

i dont know y, but icestorm seems to have a worse hit rate then fb

usually its just they dodge it, but like sun said, you can squeeze a lightning in

cast lightning, icestorm, then when u c that the eneimies have frost around them then cast firestorm

Dont forget range icestorm is shorter.
I used to cast it too soon/not close enough before firestorm, so mobs were only hit by fire and thus no combo bonus.

dont cast lightning first...
that dont hurt them. u need to dmg them before u cast lightning idk if that a bag baut if u just go to them and cast the lightning dont get down on them.
notice that next time. just run into mobs and cast lightning and ull see...
i like to run with another mage.
and thats when the fun begins...
u can play with the spells with many ways like
u cast fire
he cast ice
both cast lighning
u cant ice
and he cast fire
that way the mobs almost cant move
that depands how much u r training with ure team.

i can tell u that im farming 51 with my team and im feeling safe with them. we run and the mobs fall from all sides
thats better than running with lvl. 55 u dont know, and nobody know the other next move. chaos.
and i know what im talking. i have a char lvl 56
just use ure spells smart

Actually I like this combination even if it's not a legit 'combo':

Run into a mob, hit armor debuff, lightening, ice storm, fire storm

Death becomes them..

ermm... guys? lets stick to the main topic here.
The thing is, u hav to freeze the enemy first before casting fs. if the enemy is not frozen(little rings of icies around their legs) then casting fs will only knock back with base dam.
btw, another mage combo is archer's thorn skills and lightning.:adoration:
