I posted this yesterday in the thread listed on the SL main page but no response. I read and understand that if I had purchased plat in game with PL before a certain date I would have 30 plat waiting in game in SL. Well I did not have any plat in game once I registered for SL with the same account I use for PL. If there is anything that can be done I would appreciate it. I believe I also have the email I received from apple for my in game purchase if necessary.

Still no response either via email or in this thread. Hasn't even been assigned to a service attendant yet. I understand the game is still new and bugs are being fixed. But a response would be awesome. Even if it's " We are very busy but we have not forgotten about you."

You've received the standard 'We've received your support ticket.' thing right?

If you meet the criteria of having purchased Platinum via in-app purchase or the Webstore since 12:01 AM, March 1, 2011 and be in good standing, then 30 Platinum will be granted to you for use in Star Legends. It doesn't matter if you are an iOS user or Android, the Platinum will be there.
Isn't it AFTER a certain date? You definitely meet the requirements? I reckon they'll have a backlog if its not working for some reason. You can check your purchase history from the 'My Account' section in game.
MENU > MENU > MY ACCOUNT > PURCHASES

this is still the best way to go, remember devs are hard at work putting out an expansion to PL & SL, be patient with them....they will help you have faith in them....try logging out and back in?
its helped some of my guild members :p
