this is getting on my nerves in middle of energy point .. ppl work their butts off farming those and then servers shut down ... wake up programmers.
Oh great ... server's back up now but i keep getting disconnected .. thanks a lot sts >:(

Hey folks, this is the third hard bounce in the last 8 days, and we are extremely sorry for it.

The first one was on 7/2/16, and it was a critical service issue. People were crashing out of the game, about 150 at a time.

The second one was last Friday, 7/9/16, and that was a mistake. Our programmer forgot to put up the warning message. Definitely our bad.

The last one was just now, 7/11/16. This was again a critical service issue, we were doing so DB optimizations and lots of folks were crashing out again.

It is our intent to keep the servers solid and stable 24/7, and to give you plenty of advance warning any time we bounce them. Occasionally (well, all too frequently lately) we have to do a hard bounce for critical issues.

We are sorry, and will try to not repeat this in the future.
