How many times do I have to contact your blessed support to get a reply STS?

I did send it once, wrote everything I needed to write, no reply for 3 days. What should I do??

Wait a few more days. The support team were off for two of those days.

Sts staff lacks if of making the community and costumers thier #1 focus. All I have to say is, play a Blizzard game just like World of Warcraft and see the difference in thier support team compared to sts.
The support team tend to get to me pretty fast when I contact them, maybe they have their hands full atm.

Once should be fine, it sometimes takes a few days.
