How can I get the Child's play achievement in the Planar Arena? I heard it had to do something with a Goblin, but I don't know how to get the Goblin to show up.

Just keep running bro sometimes it takes weeks to get him and when you do you'll notice he dies one hit

No it's actually extremely easy to kill

Very easy to kill once you get him
I was actually quite lucky and found him on my 4th ever arena run

No he gets 1 hit killed.
