Hey guys! First introduction, but I am not actually a new player

Well, I am not really new to PL but I am new to these forums and just wanted to drop by and say hi!

My IGN is Spektic and I am a Lv53 DexMage! I was hoping to hit lvl 55 before the patch update considering i was lvl 40 last week I think I did a decent job.
Anyways I am still kinda noob at this game and I have a few questions.

What is a twink? And why do people make low lvls and keep them low llv? I dont get that at all!

A twink is a low level with overpowered gear. People keep them low because they use that character purely for pvp or rare "under level" items ex: 51 Mega mage robe.

PVP is a much different experience under level 35 than it is at end-game. It's a good way to have fun and kill time when all the content has been enjoyed by your high level characters.
