Stomp hit% debuff

Don't know if anyone has pointed this out, but we found it in pvp last night in a game with otu. Stomp now gives a hit debuff. The skill must crit for the debuff to take effect and it debuffs -30% Hit. It doesn't stack with itself from my testing, however it stacks with Hellscream.

When the stomp crit and the hit debuff takes effect, yellow smoke should surround the enemy. It looks like this:

I didn't get a chance to properly test it stacking with itself so if someone wants to *cough*Elly*cough*;) I'll gladly help them if they need any!

P.s its about time bears get a push in the right direction :) now they will have a better chance. Can't wait to hear certain other ppl and classes cry when they finally lose to bears. Bears are dope!

Can barely remember this! It only happened some of the time iirc, right? Not a 100% chance debuff? Sorta like the break armor on HS and CB?

That makes me think dex bears are even stronger than I thought previously! Rage has its damage boost and crit boost. Mix with stomp....CRIT!....Hit debuff!
