Which should i choose arc pendant or pp for war

I keep hearing the term PP. Is that like the best amulet in the game? I searched the auction and found nothing. I see the lv56 legendary potency ones, and the arcane one that goes for like 3-4m. Theres something better?

Go to the Planar Tombs and talk to the two NPC near the beginning. The PP is a craftable amulet that isn't tradeable that has hidden stats until equipped.

Arcane pendant is definitely better in pvp than planar pent but it cost more

hidden +20 primary stats just like arcane ring except arc ring now gving u lesser hidden stats after u go 46 above
