Guild hall question

A lot of people are telling me to buy Stim packs from the guild hall but I don't know where it is. Is in your guild tier? Or some place else? Or I'm I just running past it and I don't even know it's there. Please leave some feedback please, would really help me out. Thanks!

To go to your guild hall, go to the guild management section of the Blackstar. Then look for a teleporter, go in it, look for the stim vendor, buy stims for 50% of normal price :).
