I know that the chest drop depending on the Elite Map but does Luck (Lep//Luck Elixer) Affect the drops of the Elite Runners Chest?

Nope, pretty much RNG stuff.
It's pretty useless only stuff that is of some use are the jewel elix

So out of all the farming methods, lepre/luck is only useful for km3 lockeds? Meaning if I switch to farming other stuff, I can sell my lepre?

Lep helps everywhere u can reroll and it's wise to use Lep during elite aps because of eggs

If you use lep during Elite Underhul runs trust me someone will scold at you or ask you to remove lep and put on real gear. Other elite maps maybe, but I don't think anyone wants to carry anyone during those tough elite fights.

I wouldn't sell it, I still put it on when bosses are about to die. I dun know if it makes a difference but I guess it can't hurt to have it on.

Just keep off until boss ive been running elite oltgar keep for aps lately and i switch to lepre on boss and sometimes get an entombed hammer they sell for 30-40k.

Yea seems like sts does not want us to run maps for pets anymore only get them out of locks and event rewards

F2P... hmm, something not adding up here.
As far as i know, it is dropped on RNG. It can still be rerolled through boss fights but rarely had that. But ofc worth trying.

Elite runner chests drop like jewels, rerolls dont affect their drop rate
