Does u need lepr or luck + northal elix , or it worth just with northal elix?
Can some dev explain it?

So does the vanity also drop from mobs when you have the lix on? or only boss?

after u defeat boss

northal elix -> house and vanity items (not affected by lepre or luck elix)
lepre+luck elix -> cryostar locks and other usual stuff.


its possible for both to drop at the same time if u have both northal and lepre elixs active
