Hi, I would like Dev's attention, please..

There's a problem on my '' Free Platinums '' thing, and that problem is on Pocket Legends too..
The problem is that there's only 2 applications, in both, and they have been there for a week or so now.. SCREEN :

so I can't get some free Platinums..
It's weird because it only does that on my iPhone, because when I was on holidays at London, I was using an iPad and there were 25+ Apps..
Please, fix this quick, I really need Platinums. :love_heart:

Oh, and when I press on an App to get my free Platinum offer, it says '' Problem 505... '' ..
I hope you'll do something, thanks a lot !

What country are you in right now?

I'm pretty sure the offers are based on where you are located, and Tapjoy thinks you're in a location that only has those 2 apps available to you right now.

In france, and it's been 1 WEEK already, and still same 2 Apps !

It's as flickz said really. You'll have to contact tapjoy's support channels. Nothing they can do about it here :)

Ya, that's the right email address.

I've seen one or two others from Tapjoy come in here to help and answer questions.

Haya, besides in London, (where) have you previously had more Tapjoy offers?
