I still have some gear that is listed above level 40 and was wondering if there was anyway to get this fixed because I could really use alot of it :P thanks.

I don't think they will fix it but you could save it till AO 2 comes out :)

Yeah they're not going to make them lower level. There are a number of these items out there that don't even exist as level 40 or lower items, and they're not going to convert a handful of them because some AO2 items appeared through a bug. Gotta just wait to use them or try to sell.
