Lazarith finesse jewel disappeared

I purchased an arc ring with a lazarith finesse jewel.. i figured since it was a jewel it could be removed but instead it disappeared. I lost 5m gold on that purchase. There should have been a warning. Please help. Username smexier

Lazarith Finesse Jewel cannot be removed, it's a 1 time socket-able jewel.

Unfortunately if you didn't read forums about the properties of the Lazarith Jewels then you wouldn't have known it is not like other jewels in that it cannot be reused after it has been socketed. Try emailing support, they're the only ones who can help you now.

Support will probably give you your jewel back if you ask them immediately. They understand that people screw up ;)
