Wow, STS is kind of all over the place now. I enjoyed knowing that sets that had bonuses were only end level, then end level sets became scaled but had no bonuses, now we have a combination of the two scaled with bonuses. Strange for an RPG to be so ununiform, perhaps a vote is in order to see what the people like the best.

Farmers locked XP to farm lv 51/53 sewer gear, then Disable XP became Disable Kills in Pocket Legends, which reduces any incentive to farm lv 51/53 sewer gear...So I think they are introducing scaled 56/58 set bonuses to accommodate for that loss of incentive.

Agree. I just find it a bit odd as well that the only difference between a 56 set and 60 set (assuming set bonuses will be the same) is a few armor points and damage points.

Maybe different levels of set bonuses for the scaled ones? 56 being lowest and 60 highest.

Seems like more of a slap in the face to me. The number one map for high level kill boosters was CtK, I'm sure those players would have loved to get a set bonus out of their 51 level gear, xp lock and farm away. Now that the scaled sets offer a bonus, but locking xp disables kills so no one is equipping their new 56 set and farming sewers with xp locked. Just a bit of a gotcha after the fact, but I've always been a glass half empty king of guy when it comes to my gaming.

I hope not! I actually find it interesting and think its good for the game. 60 is still the best, no matter how small the difference.

I tell you what.., you take away my sparkles and i'll sock ya straight in the face:) And the set is all lvl58, I stated in JaytB thread that i am willing to let others lend me their 56/58 gear to test for other sets and bonuses:onthego: What i want to know is if cross gear works ie...the big top mace with int big top gear? i wish i wish:) ( the gear is int required with affix "of the big top"-same as str mace-ya know what i mean?
