[Suggestion] Please give firework/other vfx/sfx to elite runners chests

[extrapayah]

for two reasons:

1. it can be dropped from mobs, which tanks/pull leader miss sometimes to move earlier to next mobs
2. it can't be automatically picked by pets

p.s. could be great if its visual is updated to match the 2d image it has :D
