58 glyph pinks

Do glyph sets at 58 give set bonuses? I saw some lvl 58 with stuff like that that had sparkles on her.

I was told that all new gear lvls have a bonus but personally haven't seen a 58 set... If so it may be a wise choice as far as prices go...

Are the bonuses the same though?

Also what if you had different level pieces (ex. 2 58s and 2 60s), would that still assemble a full set?
