What's with all the rage quiting?

Hello, This is your crazy bear here...
So... Hanky has been encountering a lot of rage quitting lately. For those who are unaware of a rage quit I will explain: When you do a run with somebody and one of your party members dies then (instead of respawning or accepting a rez) just leaves; that's called a rage quit. So... my question is: why do PUGS rage quit? Are they too lazy to respawn? Are they mad 'cus they died? Do they think if they don't leave that I'm going to boot them? Sorry not trying to flame or troll or nothin'... It's just weird 'cus whenever i make a game and PUGS join me; whenever one dies (when they do) they usually opt out and leave.

Do You mean in PL or SL? In PL it may be because they are lvl 53-56 fighting in lvl 60+ maps. They might get angry that it's hard and try another game with more people. If in SL, well, there's alot of new-players and it is a much harder game, so they leave for a different party or decide it's too hard.

Or people on elixirs who think its quicker to join another game than wait for a respawn, or have to walk thru a half empty map as their elixir ticks away. I just put myself in their shoes lol

Yee, i meant in pl. And yeah I'd probably leave too if the map is half cleared but im talking about like the first mob in "haunted symphony"! Oh, well, that's why I prefer to play with my friends. :):cupcake:

Short for "Pick-up Group" or "Pick-up Game" or "Public Users Group"--just a random group of players.

maybe they think the party is bad and as such dont wanna play with that party

A couple of times I rage quit is because if I respawn it takes like a minute for everything to load cause of lag.

Maybe a few reasons.
Your tag teaming the player (2v1)
Or you are better than them and they dont want u to ruin their stats.

I leave if I die and the amount of mobs left is few.. why run 3 mins to the end for nothing.

In PL ill leave if the mage of the group passes me up when im dead. On SL I have a bit of a grudge with for some reason. I have actually gotten mad at engineers for not reviving me at miner mcgurk on my part of SL I am sorry. I didnt rage horribly but kinda embarrasing on my part still tryin to get used to those mechanics. ;)

I seen people die at the same spot like 7 times while using 4x pot elixir, I actually have a pic of it.

I hid the persons name as best I can. This one might have been the lag even though no one was lagging.

Nah, it looks like behind the scribbles that tank said he was lagging. Plus you can't speak for others if they're lagging or not, as we have no access to their ping. ;)

Don't die. Problem solved... Lol I don't leave idc I join a group I stay until the end unless I have to leave for irl stuff.
