HELP - account got scammed

****'s account has been scammed from the player ****
**** has sendet already 2 mails to sts but they are only answering with "auto re-send messages"
Never deleted all charakters from the account and sold everything from them
Does anyone know if sts will do anything about it and how long would it take?

In this particular case I can verify that that account has only been accessed by one device. Support is the only avenue for this, but if they see the same thing I see it does not indicate that there was any scamming.
