Questions regarding House deeds

I don't want to spend money on this game. That being said, I noticed there are purchaseable house deeds. Are these deeds account bound or can they be traded/sold?

Deeds are listed in chest section of the auction.

Maybe there should be a separate auction for housing and housing items.

Type deeds & search under various categories. Its faster then waiting on forum for an answer.
Also have you noticed the tradeable/stashable icon on every item??
