endgame????

i heard that word so much times but i dont realy know what does it mean. is it playing the hardest elite maps?
what does endgame gear execatly mean?

endgame basicly means lv56 part of the game. So basicly the max level aspect of the game

I'd say it's everything to do with the end of the game. I.e endgame elite farming or endgame pvp or just being a l56 or (a fourth reason)

Endgame each seasons (expansions) current level cap. Like now 56 but this is the first time level gap 10 before mostly by level 5.

Endgame refers to a point of gaming where
Ur max lvl
U finished all main quests
Finished all campaigns
Killed all bosses
And gotten all achievements

Basically u completed the game 100% and u can now roam freely as u have no more objectives.

However in a players point of reference of utilizing this word, players use it to express what ppl do once they reach lvl 56 and nth more.

Ex. What do i do once i get to endgame.?
Ans. Farm cryostar crates (locks) or do elites and merch for golds.

Real meaning of endgame is not same as used word of endgame
Like the word lol
Real meaning of lol is not what ppl usually use it for.
