How often do they increase level cap?

I'm now farming for my lv56 character, but I only started this game like 2 months ago, and I read that there were many expansion releases before that. I read that the level cap when the game launched was like 26? 30? Something like that, so I dont know how many times they bumped to reach 56 as of now. So can I expect a bump to, say, 60-61 in a few more months before I spend everything on lv56 gear?

The cap increase to 56 was in March I believe. When was the increase before that? I wanna get an idea of their pattern.

It started with lvl 16
Each time with a new full set of maps.

Each time an increase of 5 lvls.
This was a rare increase of 10though

Sometimes the change is between 6-12months. But since we just had 10lvls increased imma assume 12months

Plus alot of stability is running so i assume 12months from march.
