Am I missing something...?

I'm at level 11 and have completed all the Intro; UCS Blackstar; Dynastar Labs; Red Sun Pirate Ship; and Cycorp Industries quests...but it looks like the next available quests (Delta 7) have a level 14 minimum. Am I missing something, or am I expected to grind for 3 more levels...?

You're expected to grind, the game is instance only, thus do the last stage over and over for rares and exp.

Yeah just grind, and try to get better weapons/gear. Dont worry it will go by fast :)
And you should know that youll probably have to grind from 17-19 as well.

Technically, you'd only have to grind for one more level to level 12 to go to the next area. You can access areas when you're 2 levels from the recommended level. Really, though, you're better off to grind until 13 or all the way to 14 to get the extra skills and stat points. No point accumulating more deaths than you need to, especially going to either Delta 7 or Numa early. :D

No, only 1 unless I'm misunderstanding again. ;-) If the recommended level is 14 and someone's level 11, they need 1 level for 12 to get into the "14 and up" level since access is allowed when you're 2 levels under. There are far too many numbers in that sentence, alas.

Dohhh may want to check this out buddy..

Recomended Level is 16 ~ Required is 14 for Delta.

Recomended Level is 21 ~ Required is 19 for Numa.

But agree going in at Level 15-16 Delta, or 20-21 in Numa so that you have that little advantage xD
