Is this a glitch?

I am so tired of being invited to CS and I go and I cant find my friend...I have to keep trying to join until I can find...I know they are there but just weird

They have a limit of about 22-23 players per zone, so if the zone your friend is in is maxed out you will automatically be placed in the next zone. There are usually 5 or 6 active Balefort Castle zones at any given time. If you wanna meet your friend, join one with only a few players and then invite him, he will easily get in.
