Skill mapping

I was able to setup the map for thebfirst set of skills
The second set of skills will not goto the empty slots
I'm at level 17

OK, silly question. Please do not be offended. Have you assigned skill points to the skills you wish to use? A skill must be at least level 1 to be mapped to one of the skill bank buttons. The only reason I ask is that this has come up before.

No the new skills are at zero points
