What are your thoughts on this weapon ? Is it any good for 56 pvp? If yes explain please, I'd like to know more about this weapon.

you do your job with it in pvp which is "tanking" but many wants to be superman so, no
Yes, it's great. Plus, when juggernaut is over, the shield that comes up acts as a mini jugg with the heavy damage reduction and the fact that it stuns anyone attacking you.

About the sword, it is good to cause stun. You walk with a skill no has cooldown, which can stun. But against boss, the proc is useless. I believe the same goes for PVP.
